Anathema pauses at the sight before her. Townsfolk run to the blazing tavern, Darggie's tavern. She stares at the scene in shock, approaching the burning ruins slowly, pushing past others to get closer.

Stopping behind a small group as she catches sight of Darggie... A small sigh of relief escaping her before she can stop herself.
He's safe... The words soft, likely going unheard through all the commotion. Anathema being glad of this, a bit too much emotion stuck to those words for her liking.

And now there were questions running through her mind. What had happened here?

Darggie was leaving...

She stands silent as Darggie speaks. Watching and listening to him without expression as a feeling of foreboding takes her. Anathema would miss Dargodda, but there was something else that she couldn't place. An ill feeling.

Anathema's attention fades as Darggie hands Nadia something, the conversation distant. She stares unblinkingly into the blaze as he continued speaking. Addressing Gher, Whisky... Stopping infront of Anathema and speaking.

Darg. His words to her sinking in, she smiles as the memory of a few nights prior pops into mind. Thank you... A pause... Deciding not to ask why, not to question. That would do no good, he'd not change his mind now. Take care of yourself, wherever you end up. Until a day where we may cross paths once more.

Anathema had not known him too well, there was not more than that to be said. Goodbyes were strange and best avoided...

She took the bottle as he handed it to her. Grabbing one last hug from Darg, brief and without any lingering. Anathema faded back as Darggie moved onto Schyer.

Moving back into the crowd where she was comfortable again. Watching Dargodda speak to Hunger and Hina.

It was late as he walked off towards the woods... Anathema turned to head home, the fire starting to die down leaving her cold. She had to get home.

People stayed behind but Anathema slipped away into the evening, heading home to carry on as normal.

Still, that feeling of foreboding lingered with her.
