For campers and venners, this would be very beneficial, giving one of the effects of an element. But for powerlevelers, this would be a slap in the face.

Maybe each box could be a predetermined prize, and one of them could be losing all exp progress in the current level. This would allow it to be a true prize, one that is useful for those who receive it.
