	that is WHERE the strength comes from. Beating some newb with 300 AP at level 100 should not be worth the same as beating someone who goes up and down up and down and is currently at level 100, but has 1500 AP (or buys them) you need to include AP into the equation on how points work for a CBR, then people will be gunning for some of the bigger sharks out there that are killable (opps, that might mean me...) Never mind what i said! scratch that!
