| Owner *Leading & Directing all clan actions in order to improve the clan. *Maintain overall performances for the clan treasury, training camp, membership, forum, ranks, recruitment, details & messages. *Manage, supervise, recruit, promote & demote officers. *Manage & supervise loaf programs & contests. *Remove & kick inactive members and violators to the clan rules. *Setting plans, targets & goals to make the clan the best that we can be. Co-Owner *To assist owner in all of their tasks. *To stand in for owner in times of absence. *Devise and run clan battle operations. *Devise and run clan battle competitions. Recruitment Officer *Sustain member numbers to whatever number is appropriate at any given time. *Recruit and sustain number of noobs to between 1-5 at any given time. Raw noobs (level 1, 1-2 days). *Ensure new recruits followed protocol upon entering the clan. *Recruit potential strong players to join the clan. *Evaluate the member activity levels (online status, overall stats status, etc) then make a recommendation in the questionable members post if appropriate. *Assure that new members make their way to, and through training. Finance Officer *Make Sure the clan financial position is stable, with adequate gold, platinums and sapphires in stock. *Maintain and refill the healing pass, as platinum reserves permit. *Determine and set appropriate clan tax levels. *FO can take maximum 30% loan from the clan crumbs to trade with, and to buy and sell items in the market. 50% of the trading profits as well as initial loan must be donated back to the clan. To do this, the clan will rely on your honesty and abilities to track the profits you will make. *If needed, FO can take loan up to 75% from the clan treasury to make special trades with, however prior approval is required from either the owner or co-owner. *Give and complete any loan requests that are made by members. Must have the approvation from Co-owner and Owner. Ranks Officer *Operate, and update as required, the clan ranking system. *Check for rank requests and promote members that meet the criteria. Demote members if they violate clan rules. Members Board Officer *Check & Review every post made by members in the clan forums, if there is any inappropriate posts made by members then MBO can delete them without permission from the post owner. *Any deletion of floated threads/boards must have the approval from the owner or co-owner. |
