| the key to a good clan is leadership from clan leaders. leaders that work to make the clan fun and helpful. that hold themselves to the same standards they set for the clan, they lead by example. i have been in two great clans and visited another for a cbr run. what i noticed is that the clan leaders set the place of the clan. when things are dead the clan leaders are not active enough. when a clan is jumping it is because the management team is doing the work to make it jump!!!! |
