	is join a clan, most clan offer free healing. Suggestion for the CBR. Instaed of counting the number of kills, count the Exp gained as well. Award the proze to either the highest Exp gained via the Ven, or the best ratio of Exp/Kills. This would encourage the CBR players to target the stronger players, and leave the new players to learn a lot more before becoming cannon fodder.
