| as i said, it is probly a good rule, and everyone will adjust, but really, it was implemented literally 3 days before i was gonna make my plan come into action, with a notice like "next week this will happen" i could have moved faster and been where i wanted rather than stuck where i am now. waaa waaa waa, i'm just one player whining. boo hoo for me.  |
