I use paypal while travelling. They actually monitor IP address. Since i accessed Paypal in a different country than my residence, they limited my account. It took forever to clear up, but finally I got on the phone with the right guy. I recommend calling back a lot if the first person you get isn't helpful, the 4th or 5th guy can be much better.  |
