camper levels to level 5 and power leveler levels to level 50. HP doesnt matter at all if your opponents stats are better.
I knew a guy who had HP of 300 and was at the last door of Elite Palace using sword lunge.
Dont forget while below level 5 you dont get experience from training.
And dont forget there are battle caps and once you are above level 30 you cant kill anyone below level 30.
The higher you go the less people you have who you can kill but the more people kill you. So is it really fun to play when you are constanlty killed?
No.
Therefor camping is better unless you can support your powerleveling with elements to level back down.
