	its no different than starting from scratch. if you can start like that from level one then why not give people that go over level 30 four days to get them selves ready for the onslaught. its only an idea but if it can work for you then it can work this way also. this will take away the worry of people passing over and it might stop the bottleneck at levels 28 and 29
