| As Nadia walks around her Kingdom, she starts to feel something inside her stirring. It was a need to quench her thirst, her thirst for blood. Her body hungered for blood, she could feel it burning inside her. She has learned to control her thirst but this wasnt the same as before. This thirst was more dark than before. She had come to a clearing and seen an intruder in her kingdom, she thought to herself "No one will miss him." Nadia's movements were swift as if she was flying. In a matter of seconds, she was on top of the young man and had him pinned to the ground. She had knocked him out cold, she thought to herself " This will be easier than I thought it would be." Nadia could feel Skalana's blood burning inside her, bonding with her own, feeding the hunger and thirst that she was now feeling. Just as Nadia was getting ready to lean in close and feed on the young man, Nadia screamed as if in tremendous pain. She sat there for a moment as they appeared on her back... Her Wings.... She reached into her glove and pulled out the mirror. As she looked at herself, she laughed.. her eyes a dark deep red, her hair black as night, and her beautiful wings. She sat there for a few more moments, looking at herself in the mirror then her image disappeared. She took out a picture given to her the night before and looked at it carefully... it was of her at the age of 16. She now looked as she did in the picture... Angelica had released her from the spell of concealing thus allowing her to see what she really looked like. Nadia turn her attention back to the young man, still out cold... He will feed my thirst, my hunger she thought. With that thought, she leaned over and bit deep into his throat and emptied him except for one drop of blood. As she finished, Skalana appeared in front of her....... |
