| As Nadia woke in the late morning, she thought to herself that a nice breakfast at the local pub would be nice. So she made the journey there but slowly as to think of the days before. As she entered the pub, her eyes quickly closed on her. Skalana must be near she thought to herself as she quickly took a seat in the shadow corner. She took a small mirror out of her pocket and went to fix her hair when she saw that both her eyes were now pitch black. She gasps at the sight of her eyes and wondered why her white eye had changed. She quickly sent word to her brother Zaos of this new change. A few moments later, she got this reply from him... "Sister...Azura's influence is starting to win over Azukai's, I am sure if it. Azura's servants usually have some kind of sign about them, a glyph on their right palm or pitch black eyes... And their auras feel darker..." Zaos went to the pub to question Skalana but with no answers returned to the castle. At the same time, Nadia was talking with Skalana as she tried to explain that he would never get her to release the evil dark half of her. But told him to have all the fun he wanted to have in trying as it amused her greatly. Skalana tried many times at the pub to tempt her. In a flash, Skalana had taken a lock of her hair, He could use this to track her where ever she was or went. This didn't bother her for many were tracking her, one more wouldn't hurt. Nadia's brother again came to the pub to be next to his sister in her time of need. As Nadia sat beside her brother, she tried to relax a little knowing that he would keep her safe. Zaos began chatting as as Nadia listened, she felt a pure light embrace her soul and she was at peace once again. This light that embraced Nadia was harmful to Skalana and he quickly retreated to his castle. Nadia felt the pain that the light had given to Skalana and knew it was her chance to stand and face him in his weakened state. She quickly casted a spell and transported herself to Skalana's castle and suddenly appeared there in front of him. She did not fear him any longer but was instead intrigued by him. As she stood there (unaware by Skalana) she heard him whisper out "where ever you are, where ever you go i'm always near you"... Skalana then went to a private room in his castle and as if being drawn, Nadia followed him... In the private room.. Skalana slit the inside of his arm and let his blood flow once again in front of her. She quickly backed away from Skalana and the smell of his blood. She fought hard the urge to take just a little taste of his blood. SHe was fighting with the dark half of herself over this urge and she embraced the light that was in her. |
