However, you shouldnt really commit yourself to the dwelling until you have enough money to max it out (ie. level 10 dwelling with full wood). This cost around 1.8 million, I believe.

If you buy stones for your dwelling at a low level, it isnt worth it and would probably be better to simply sell them on the market
