 Subject: This should be used based on FISHING LVL
This math should be used with the fishing level inste4ad of the character level.

This way the gap between lvl 15 and 16 wount be so big, and those that fish a lot pays a lot.

I didnt fish a lot since I just got money around level 16, not much but it was enough to start fishing.
