	elements made the barrier lose its purpose, it was placed to allow level 23-29 players special immunity from vicious attacks from people with level 30 skills and custom equipment, Elements completely made the barrier null and void for the people will to either spend money/ use the resourses to make elements. Theres no reason to have it anymore.
