Subject: Its not meant to be "scary" | |||||
| Its scary on a level you have to imagine yourself as the kids facing something well beyond their power, which is their imaginations, the clown is like a metaphor for their fear, which by "killing" it they are able to best their fear and it cant hurt them anymore. Great movie but as with all of his works, its not always what you readily see that makes the movie great, its whats not shown. |
