| the uses would be that people below that cap could raise them selves up to lvl 29 with the elements and then cross the battle cap leveling up using the normal method or they could lower their level away from level 30 and camp longer while mineing and stocking up on ores so that when they cross the battle cap they are super strong and have plenty of ores for the black smith |
