| people should not be able to cross lvl 30 in either direction with the use of elements it defiantly nullifies the battle cap and brings us to a state that is worse then what it was before the cap was created now that people under level 30 can use customized weapons and armor because it gives them the power of someone above level 30 and allows the to attack people under the battle cap |
