Considering the sword you need to be level 40 and only cost 35000000 from the last fair, and the ring is only 100 agility, with most reasonable traders selling items at 1 million per bonus stat, the ring is only worth 100000000. So an offer of 225 million gold for items worth 135 million. Hate to see anyone being taken advantage of here lijo, but offering 225 million then 360 million plus another 15 millions worth of GC seems rather foolish
