| This is actually an idea that was suggested by Ditrick Capone and we were considering doing it in Fort knOx. I hope he doesn't mind if I share his idea with the world. The Concept The team - preferebly be composed of a minimum of 5 people. The concept is a series of tasks that must be completed before moving on. example. Venning challenge - The whole team must kill a cumulative total of xx,xxx number of kills. after completing this, you will advance to fishing Fishing challenge - The whole team must catch xxx number of trout then so on and so fort. The whole game can be tailor fitted so even a noob can enjoy. All of DW's feature can be incorporated in this game. It can be several challenges or just about 3. Depends how long you want this to be. If the concept would be too difficult to code in a short amount of time then maybe the contest could be changed so that an individual or a clan was just trying to accumulate points. Each fish caught would be worth X amount of points. Each kill would be worth X amount of points. Each outpost token stolen... Quest completed in the forest... Ore mined in the mines... Animal caught trapping... ect... ect... And each task would be weighted differently depending on it's difficulty, time taken, and the advantage that a stronger, richer, older player might have over a newer player. |
