| It's not illegal to have two accounts linked to the same IP adress as long as admins are notified about it (just send them a mail with hello, my name is ... and my brother wants to play on my computer, his name and ID will be ... ) and as long as there are two different players linked to those accounts (not a multi). In order to avoid 'multi' situations it is forbidden to make trades, gifts etc between those two accounts. The theory behind it beeing that a multi loses its interst if he/she can't gather the gains from his/her fake accounts. You don't have to prove you aren't making trades. You just don't do it. Staff and admins can look into your trades and they'll monitor the two accounts periodically to see if there are, indeed, no trades. You'll get a warning if there are, and various degrees of repressive actions going till jail sentence if warnings are ignored. So your brother can enter the game. If you don't want him to, or if you're worried he'll make your keyboard sticky or such, it's another issue. |
