Subject: auto leveling

there're too many dead acc now'especialy in low lv (below 5)
how if their lv auto up 1 lv if inactive for several month?
for lv 1-5 every 3 month inactive
lv 6-10 every 4 month inactive
lv 11-15 every 5 month inactive
....
...
that will make good distribution for all range
