| he is talking about seperating attacks made at home port from those made anywhere else. those made elsewhere would still be treated as they are now, one attack a revive on each person, counting for points. The proposition here is that with this change, attacks made at home port will not count towards cpr, and you can attack multiple times a revive, like how seafare was prior to cpr. I would change it that you could also attack clanmates at home port, but this combination of removing it from cpr, and having that one spot on the map under the old way seafare worked would once again make it easier for a clan to help each other train their boats up, and thus make cpr on a whole more competitive |
