Subject: My observation | |||||
| is that it is based on strength. When i used it in rage castle i was consistently beaming 1 life from my opponent. Since the creatures there reflect my stats (low strength and high defense), it seeems that solar beam damage is determined by attackers strength and opponents defense. |
