The hilt is a Gurie swept hilt style, similar to the Outer Veil's English Swept Hilt. The grip is made of ivalister (Horn from an albino bugbear) . --Pistols- Four nine inch flintlocks. The barrel is coated in silver with a floral pattern. The grip is solid ivalister with a solid silver butt. --Musket - A pair of five and a half foot long flintlock muskets. Specially made by Fintan's request, the barrel is rifled. There is a plug bayonet along with it. Dress: He wears boots of the finest doe skin, dyed an ivory white, that come up to the middle of his thigh. The cuffs of the boots are often turned down and have a silver floral trim. Spurs are about his ankle, made of silver, the rowels are in the shape of roses. His breeches are tucked in to the boots. They are made of ivory white velvet, with silver thread forming a floral pattern down the seams. His shirt, made of a creamy white so it is set apart visibly from the rest, is cuffed and collared with five inches of lace. His doublet, ivory velvet as well, extends to just a few inches below his trouser's waistband. The skirting, cuffs, and collar have silver floral trim, as does the seams where it fastens. The buttons are silver roses, and extend from the tip of the skirting, to the tip of the collar. The collar itself stops at his Adam's apple. He wears a white leather belt around his waist, with a silver buckle. A white leather frog, set of four holsters, and pouch hangs from the belt. All have either silver trimming or fasteners and buckles. His rapier is set on his left side. His pistols are set at variable places. Two just before and after his rapier frog, and two beside him on his right side. His hat is made of white doe skin, with silver trim on the underside of the brim. The silver rose button on the right side of the crown holds the brim cocked on the side. The band around the crown is cream, to match his shirt, with silver studding around the center and silver trim in broad floral designs around it. The plumes he wears within band are silver and white. Around his shoulders, though it is wearable on just the side, is a short cape. It extends no further than his waist. The white velvet cloak is trimmed with silver roses running around it's hem, and a large silver rose embroidered in the center. The inside is lined with silver silk. I know it may be hard...but for Heaven's sake, try? He obviously can't hear a conversation half a mile away, and he can't hear every little sound that goes on in a room However, something like the drawing of a bow, or a faint footstep if it is in a room, with normal conversation level, he'll pick up on it. Raised voices, not yells, more like emphasized words, can be heard a half mile away. |
