without Felt there'd be no community  That obvious point aside, Felt and the guys are constantly trying to improve DW for the players. So how can they fail the community when they're striving to improve it? Sure, sometimes their updates may upset some players sometimes, but A) Everyone makes mistakes and B) in the words of the famous Monty Python lingerie bank-robber sketch, if all else fails then "Adopt, Adapt and Improve".
