 Subject: I agree with one point
this will bring players into one Clan together and will help improve leadership skills.

If players want their gold untaxed, they will have to donate all to the Clan and work together. If a Clan wants to increase its vault, it will have to recruit some players and gain a medal from recruitment meter or compete on CPR or CBR more.
