i will agree if the market is for less rich and stronger players. so, i would support the idea if:

Req1: Any who has crossed level 30.
Req2: Is NOT ultra subscriber/ subby.
Req3: Has purchased something with GC.
Req4: Has total (all added) stats LESS then 1000.
Req5: Is over LESS than 100 days of age.

Additional:

Req 6: For purchasing AP, market is only available for level 30 players. Once u leave this level then u can only sell your AP.
