Asking someone to turn HiLo (e.g. Hey xxxx, could you turn on HiLo?) is considered begging and as such is against the rules.

Asking Will someone turn on HiLo? is again begging and isn't really different from previous case.

However, asking Was there a HiLo today? or Did someone turn on HiLo today? is asking for information and isn't considered as breaking the rules, but IMO is really annoying.
