| 1. No. There are ways for someone to stop themselves from appearing on the ven list already if they choose. They can also part people if they wish. 2. Yes. there are a lot of players that are inactive and without them i think the cbr will suffer. 3. Yes to AP, BAP and tacklebox, No to casts as i think some things still need to be earned. |
