Bio
Gealech was found wandering the wilds in Coglicngie, the Trow named lands of what the Westlanders call ''The Northlands'' and what the Arelians call ''The Amicras'' (What is currently known as the Royalist Empire). It was a scouting party of Trow that found her, and took her back to Grogcin (Now known as New Stromwall in Prechan) in chains. The Trow had just suffered a brutal defeat at the hands of a rare Arelian Westland alliance, and had large debts to pay to their Rogrican allies. Knowing slavery was still strong in Rogric, while it was dying everywhere else, and punishable by death in some countries, they were able to shave six hundred Belocs off of their debt by giving her to one of the lords of Rogric. (600 Belocs = 50 Arelian Griffs, or 100 Westland Gold pieces).

Gealech was taken to Rogric where she worked as a domestic house slave. The work was not so bad, and she was treated like a daughter by Lord Orin. But one day, Lord Orin had an feeling of dread. He felt he was going the wrong way with his life. He spoke to Gealech, and told her he was giving up his life in Rogric feeling he was needed in the Kingdom of Arelia. He told her she had two choices. She could come with him and become a servant with pay, or she could have her freedom and do as she pleased. She chose freedom. The future Gryphon Lord removed her collar and named her a free woman.

She had a brief taste of freedom, only two days. On the night of the second day, she was captured again. This time, her master was not as kind as Orin, nor was her servitude the same. The torment soon took a toll on her, her once strong will that was built by the gryphon was shattered. At times she could go for days with out food, at others she would not be allowed to move from the spot she was in. She was, as the saying goes, in living Hell.

Years passed and she knew little of life outside of her master's walls. She had even forgotten what the sun felt like on her skin, what air smelled like. She grew pale as a ghost due to lack of freedom outside. Finally, years after Orin had given her freedom and recaptured, her Master was going to the Westlands to speak with the Princess of Arelia. Apparently, civil war had broken out and Princess Keeva wanted Rogric's aid in recapturing her kingdom. She had no idea that this trip, was going to change her life.

During the travel, her master was killed. Following the laws of her land, the girl submitted herself to the killer. However, the killer refused to accept her as a slave, claiming that she was by no means a slave, but an important woman. She did not believe him, and remained to consider herself his slave. When he went off to a hunt, she remained in her spot believing she could not move until she was allowed to. When the woman who employed her master from time to time passed by, she was relieved of kneeling in that spot. She and the woman, who she learned later was Queen Liani Graywind, went in search of her master. Along the way, she learned his name was Fintan.

They found him at his camp, but rather than him being happy to see her, Fintan was furious for Liani bringing her from where she was. She though she had done something wrong, and braced herself for punishment, but he proved different than either Orin or her previous master. He told her to wait in his tent, and that a convoy would be there shortly to take her somewhere safe. He was right. In less than an hour of waiting, the druid, and High Priest of Clerin, Heroch, arrived. He and the other druids took Gealech to their temple. There she remained while they tried to convince her of who she truly was. But she would not believe it. Growing tired of it within only a few days, Heroch altered her memory by magic. He hypnotized her, and finally, after two weeks of it, convinced the girl that she was no longer a slave. When he removed her from the hypnosis, they found that it worked.

Gealech learned she was the daughter of the god the serve. Though it puzzled her, she did not feel like a demigoddess nor a goddess. Heroch explained it to her as "The children of the gods of Avalon, are not blood bound to the isle. They are manifestations of their parent's immortal power. They live as humans, bleed as humans, but are much like elves. You can only die, Gealech if you are killed, and at that, your head must be severed from your body."

She returned to the Westlands only a few days after leaving, right when the hunt for the Beast of Helios was at it's peek.
