| The man with the red rose in his doublet swore loudly. His job was to make sure the two kept out of the way of the guards and Silver Rose. "OH FOR THE LOVE OF AVALON!" he cried walking out of the alleyway taking a musket off of his back and cocking it. "Westlanders really can't listen to a bloody thing, can they?" He held the piece ready in the event one of the guards felled Silver. As the guards drew closer Silver Rose glanced at the boy now beside him. "You should have stayed in the alleyway lad. Duels are no place for a young lad." He stepped to the side as a guard came very close. He swatted the guard's backside with the flat of his blade as he spun around. When he was standing frontwards again, he had a pistol drawn and fired at one of them, aimed at the throat. "But if you insist on staying by all means." |
