	Not with the idea that the CPR should involve both fishing and fighting, but with weighting it towards fighting, when the ship fighting system is so unbalanced. Right now there's only about 5-10 people in the whole game that have any chance to rack up a significant number of ship combat wins and since the only ways to get BAP are winning ship-ship fights or buying them with GCs, that's not really subject to change. Weighting the CPR towards combat under the current rules would only benefit those few people. Limiting CPR points to only casts gained from official resets might work though. If fishing resets from sapps/reset tokens only allowed you to get money and experience from fishing, but not CPR points that would eliminate the ability to buy a CPR victory. I think it would also avoid weighting things too much in favor of combat.
