It is known that we have a huge glut of ore and need an alternative way of using it to balance the game and give members incentive to mine.

I suggest the Ore Charm Chamber.

This would be a place where you could smelt a fixed amount of Burelia and Athelite into an ore charm which would result in a random chance of becoming platinum, helix or sapphire.

The probability of getting a sapphire would be very low, helix a bit better and platinum would be the norm. You could even include a low probability of failure
