Subject: demons / demon skills and settings
as u all have seen the demon skills have a rather "low" percentage in success

which will lead to logs like this

fail
fail
fail
fail
fail
fail
fail
fail
yay demon skill worked
fail
fail
fail
fail
fail
fail

what i propose is that felt sets a limit in the % (when u set skill) and raises the chance of success

for example

as u all know healthrange 1 (for example) gives us the chance of adding several skills for several %

so if i add skill A for 20% then i can only set skill B for a max of 80%
and if skill B was set for another 40% then there is 40% left for additional skills

now what i proposed would work the following

a demon skill will have a limit in % like we choose a skill
and even if i have no other skill added yet
i can ONLY add the skill for a max of 10-25% which would allow us to add other skills for the remaining 75-90%

on the other hand, the success rate of the skill will have to be raised (60/40) or (50/50)

by changing this, it would change the battle logs significantly

plat steal

yeah i don t wanna hear more about "plat stealing is evil"

consider this

90 rounds of plat steal and u steal 10-15 as was mentioned elsewhere

but if the plat steal skill was to have a minimum of 10% and a successrate of 40% then u could steal less plats in a fight

and all the monsters out there will have to add other non damage skills in the remaining 90% on that healthrange

if they don t, then they ll kill the victim prematurely

another thing that needs consideration regarding demon skills

i propose the wiscost needs to be raised

many thiefs out there have enough wisdom to be set for pickpocket
buy having platsteal cost 1 wisdom it makes it easier for them

make plat steal 10-15 wisdom and they ll either have less turns, or have to add wisdom to get ore turns

please post comments
and thx for reading
