So we'll look at it like this:

50 sapphires in training:

.100 = 75.00 AP
.095 = 71.25 AP
.090 = 67.50 AP
.085 = 63.75 AP
.080 = 60 AP
.075 = 56.25 AP
.070 = 52.50 AP
.065 = 48.75 AP
.060 = 45.00 AP
.055 = 41.25 AP
.050 = 37.50 AP
.045 = 33.75 AP
.040 = 30 AP
.035 = 26.25 AP
.030 = 22.50 AP
.025 = 18.75 AP
.020 = 15.00 AP
.015 = 11.25 AP

So if you're getting between, for example, .055 and .070 a train, you'll take the average of the numbers.

.055 = 41.25
.060 = 45.00
.065 = 48.75
.070 = 52.50

So:

41.25+45.00+48.75+52.50 = 187.5

You then divide that number by the amount of numbers in the range. So in this case, it would be 4.

187.5 / 4 = 46.875

So the average amount of AP you gain in the Training Gym with 50 sapphires, receiving .055-.070 each train, is 46.875 AP.

Or, by using the SCC, you get between 5 and 35 AP.

The average you will receive per SCC use is 20 AP.

5 + 35 = 40

40 / 2 = 20

Campers:

By using training when you receive between .015 and .03, the average AP you will receive is 17 with 50 sapphires.

With the SCC, the average you will receive is 20 AP with 50 sapphires.

At lower gains in the Training Facility, it is better to chance the SCC.

When you're receiving higher numbers in the Training Facility, it is better to use the Training Facility rather then the SCC.
