Subject: The Fog of Illusions
There have been many legends surrounding the world, from gods of power to beasts of elements. Most are true and others are not, yet always hard to seperate truth from myth as the stories change over the generations. And another reason for this is that most respect the myths or fear them, no one daring to seek the truth of them.

One such legend is what we will see here, the Legend of the Fog of Illusions. In this myth tells the story of a spellbound fog that is called upon to do the bidding of the summoner and given a task. It is paitent and relentless, taking prey until its targets are ensnared in its grasp. To trap its victims, the fog creates illusions to confuse and spell bind them, leading them deeper into the fog to keep them trapped.

Some say it takes on a variety of forms to aid its power to trap. Many whisper that the fog is a terrible beast that roams within, giving it the nickname of the beast of the fog. Others say its a beautiful maiden that roams about, giving it the name of Lady of the Mist.

There had been a way to destory it long ago, but the knowledge of that was lost as people began to forget the legend. Soon they dismissed it all together, saying it was just a mere story to frighten the children from exploring the woods.

And to this day it was known as just a fairy tale, but perhaps they should have taken it more seriously...

~ Infean

Lenore scowled bitterly at another dead end of a supposed way out of the acccursed place she was stuck in since that day. And since then she had roamed the realm, seeking a way out and rage havok on those that sent her there... Well, not really since it was Clerin that threw her in here and he was too powerful for her right now. So she settled with the idea of getting revenge on those that helped Infean's ruler to do that to her.

"Argh, this is completely unfair! I don't belong here!" The sorceress kicked a rock at the wall in front of her, which only bounced off and landed elsewhere. The wall stood still, silently mocking her for being lost and fruitless in her search. "Don't laugh at me!!" Lenore picked up a larger rock and chucked it at rockwall.

It hit the wall and cracked, thunking on the ground useless. But on the rock wall, there was also a crack on it, which happened to be growing slowly. The sorceress smiled at the small victory, which soon faded as the cracks webbed across the small cavern. Lenore yelped and scurried away from it as the wall crumbled and revealed a hidden room.

The sorceress peeked back into the small cave when the dust cleared and blinked at the new hole. Curious, she entered the room and looked around. It was rather shallow, nothing fancy, and only had enough room to stick a human being in there. Lenore shuddered at the idea of being buried alive but the only thing of interest was a podium. And on that sat a book that laid face down.

Lenore raised a brow and picked up the book, which wasn't really much, a red leather bound book that was much too thin with only a few pages in it. She turned it over to look at the front. Embroided in gold letters was: The Fog.

"The Fog? The hell kind of title is that?" she quirked a brow but opened it anyway to see what was in it. After the first few lines, the sorceress smiled, liking it already. "Oh... so that's what you can do, hmm? Perfect."

Over the course of the next few days, Lenore searched around and gathered the neccessary items to do what the book said. She murmured the words and cast her magic, summoning the Fog in the Westlands and sent it on its way to do its task.

"And now my revenge is on its way..."
