| how this is going to drive down prices? I would have thought it would actually lead to higher prices, as people try to compensate for the additional cost by raising the price of the plats to cover the fee. Also, I think it could lead to less people listing plats for sale, as their profit is being decreased. Less plats being listed will mean that as they are bought off the market, they are not being replenished so the prices would increase. |
