| With regards to the gold thing, you will be getting more gold in the DF, but its not set in stone like 20 luck will get you xxx amount of gold. So it doesn't REALLY effect the gold amounts in a concrete way if you catch my drift. Its kinda like luck in Loligo Caves, you may get lucky and get helix, but you will never only find helix. You will find more gold in the DF, but its not guaranteed you will always find the same amount based off your level in luck. As for the traps issue, its only in DF for now, but it could be used for avoiding Stone Tomb and Net attacks soon. The only real thing is effects in battles right now is the critical hits.
