I think that the Recruitment Officer, Host and Vice Host are the only ones who can send out invites. If your either those ranks and you want to recruit more members go to your clan page, scroll all the way to the bottom and you should see option called Manage Members , click on that and there will be a option known as Send Invites . You need to then game the persons Game ID. And you should know the rest.  |
