	From my experience, I know that you can throw either type of ores. Mostly you get the exp stone, but if you throw the burelia ores, sometimes you might get nothing. You can throw and try again though. So all I remember is that you can only get the exp stone. I can't say that with full confidence though.. since my memory is quite... not good.
