| summation of economics and the driving forces behind markets and price setting. Just look at the stock market of recent to see those effects and the effect of someone pushing the wrong button....lol. My only concern that with every boom there is a subsequent bust in any economic model. Prices here are artificially high and sooner of later demand will wane and then prices will drop (bust). Maybe the developer will intervene and provide a stimulus package to prevent this?...time will tell. |
