| if you yourself aren't doing anything about it than you are just complaining. you take stories from news stations and listen to what other people are saying and then start playing the very blame game you are complaining about. I agree with accountability and I'm all for saving the environment. But it's easy to sit back and judge the actions of others from your living room. But unless you work for the section of the government responsible for handling this, you don't have all the facts. Some of the same people that complain about under funding of environmental also complain about underfunding the educational programs, hospitals and roads. there is only so much money to go around and when taxes are raised everyone complains about that. It's tough to take care of every problem and what may be a priority to you may not be a priority to others. Thats why we vote for the people we have in office and hope they do the best job they can. |
