Tupac was part of Thug Life and signed death Row records. Public enemy was run by Chuck D and never did a song with Tupac.

NWA was broken up before Tupac was even a rapper. He did perform with Ice Cube and Dr. Dre a few times, but Eazy E had passed away and ren wasn't making music any more.

Public Enemy was an east coast group with a political agenda and never performed with any above mentioned artist. They split up when Flavor Flav went to jail on a crack arrest.

NWA split when Cube left for a bigger contract. Eventually Cube, Dre and Tupac were all signed with death Row and is why they had performances together.
