| when nothing is going right and the world feels like it is closeing in on you and you can not breath. sit down and thing of what makes you most happy and just do it. you are always happy when you are doing what you wont you love to do. take me for instents i go down to my aquaponics system and pick some fresh vegatbles and cook up a storm. make my self a smoothy and sit in frount of the tv and wotch old moves. i live to cook and old moves it relaxes me for some resion. |
