| sound fair .... but as you mentioned there will be plenty of unknown artists and maybe there should be some ground rules to limit those .... plus, I cant guarantee that I'll be able to pinch in as donator but I'll give half the prize (if) I win to prize fund .... as for making this bit more fair, I think regional artists should be banned ... english is obligatory and that goes without saying, but artists should also be somewhat recognizeable .... |
