Ezio is fully known as Ezio auditore De Firenze.
Other than that he is believed (although living 1618 greece) to have ben born in 1476 Florence.
It is oficially that ezio died in 1520,but what does any one know for sure? Apon the assassination of the pope in 1500 he is said (by fellow assassins) to have gained total emortality but of course his secret would lie in the Auditore family crypt.
