| An aura backlash was a "sickness" I made up a few years ago and kinda forgot about, until I started reading Reaper's rps in chat that the symptoms he had were generally the same as the aura backlash. So I told him about it and he used it in his own way. The aura backlash is a the sickness of contaminated energy that is stored in the body and lashes at the host. So the more energy (aura) is used in a fight, the more the energy is contaminated and "lashes" back at the host. Everyone's backlash (in my old stories) is different. Twili's is the black trails that were coming off of her. A signal to everyone that she's being eaten alive by the backlash and not even knowing about it. |
