| i have some steel knuckled gloves myself, and i used to have (until my honda got written off) some TCX comptezione racing boots with toe sliders and ankle armour, and a Shark Evo-line lid (the one with the weird flip-face that locked in place at the back of the lid). Still trying to get my money from my insurance to replace those last two bits, but in the meantime i bought this year's Caberg full face lid, and i've been wearing my reliable ol' walking boots with the ankle support (those boots have survived african safari's!). i'm with you on the crazy/suicidal thing man, we may be crazy, but not having the right gear is just plain stupid, and there is a significant difference between crazy and stupid  |
