its what i thought you meant, i was just wondering how you'd put it  . an interesting way to put it would be to use the framework for time proposed in the third (original) 'planet of the apes' (escape form the planet of the apes) movie - an artist paints a picture of a landscape, but there's something missing; the artist who's painting the landscape. so he includes himself. but if h includes himself, he must include his canvas, which shows him painting the landscape which includes him painting the landscape and so on and so forth. this is what scientists call 'infinite regression' - the cycle would continue forever. hows that for a comparison? |
